TRIGGER WARNING!!
Female, single, diagnosed with GAD, irritable bowel syndrome, mixed anxiety-depressive disorder and occasional panic attacks. Drinking problems. Addictive personality. Suicidal fantasies. Low self-steem and self-hatred, self harmer since a few months, to release stress, pressure and pain. Currently unemployed, used to be a full time worker and law student. Love music and going to concerts. I decided to create an anonymous blog to express my feelings dealing with my mental health disorders, inspired by the book Prozac Nation. I won't reveal my identity for fear of what my friends would think. Right now I've been treated for a year with antidepressants for my anxiety. Started with lexapro, 10 mg, increased to 20 mg, then switched to 40mg of prozac. Now doctor put me back on lexapro since it's better for anxiety. I'm also taking between 0.5 and 0.75 mg of clonazepam for a while. I'll follow mostly blogs related to mental health issues, but I can also follow other blogs. So that's me, in a nutshell.
